First, a consultation between the client with our lash stylist to assess the unique eye shape and personal style. Various lengths, curls and widths of lashes are carefully selected to create the custom lash set for each client.
We offer various lash design effects to complement different eye shapes so whether you like natural, glamorous or sexy look, you will be satisfied with your new look.
All our lash technicians are experienced and trained extensively, they are meticulous in the lash application to ensure exact symmetry with every applied lash and are passionate to create that stunning look for you.

The classic set is one individual extension applied to one natural lash. Classic lash extension will be best suited to clients who already have a lot of natural lashes and just want to add more length. Classic lash will create a more natural looking eyelashes.

Light Volume Lash Extension
Light volume lashes involve applying a small fan of two to three very fine, lightweight lash extensions to each natural lash, creating a fuller but still natural-looking and subtle effect. This technique bridges the gap between classic (one-to-one) lash extensions and dramatic volume sets, offering more fullness than classic lashes without the heaviness of traditional volume, making them an excellent choice for clients seeking enhanced volume and definition.

Russian Volume Lash Extension
Russian Volume lashes involve applying multiple ultra-lightweight, synthetic extensions, formed into a fan shape, to a single natural lash, creating a full, soft, and dramatic appearance. Unlike classic lashes, which have one extension per natural lash, Russian volume uses a technique of 2 to 6 thin extensions per lash to build density without heaviness. The extensions are handmade during the appointment, requiring significant skill and advanced techniques to ensure they are light, secure, and damage-free

Mega Volume Lash Extension
This is the best option for achieving the full and fluffy look. Your eyelash specialists will begin to cover each one of your natural lashes with around 7-10 lashes. This will give you a maximized volume and a lovely look.

What do I do to prepare for my lash extension appointment?
Do lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
No. When applied properly and carefully by a certified technician the natural lashes will not become damaged.
You can avoid lash damage by doing the following:
• Ensure your cleaning your lashes
• Booking regular fills so that your technician can remove any outgrown lashes and replace them with fresh ones!
How long do eyelash extensions last ?
They can last around 3-4 weeks as they are attached to the natural lash. Depending on what stage your lashes are in their life cycle they can last for a shorter or longer period of time.
How often should I get a lash refill?
It is typically recommended to get lash fills done every two-to-three weeks. Since everyone’s eyelashes and eyelash goals are different and therefore require different levels and kinds of regular maintenance. A minimum of 40% of lashes must be remaining in order to perform a refill.
I had my lashes done at a different salon or by another person; can I still get a fill at Lucy Beauty Studio?
We do fills from another lash artists as long as you can keep at least 40% of lash extensions on and they are still good to go with. If not, you are required to book for a lash extension removal and a new set of lash extensions.
I just had my lashes done and a few have fallen out, or I had an allergic reaction what should I do?
It is completely normal to lose 3-5 extensions per day. If you’re losing significantly more within the first 3 days after your appointment, then please give us a call and we will book you in for a free fix.
Failure to do so will result in having to pay full fill price. If you have had an allergic reaction to the lash extensions please contact us immediately so we can remove them. In some rare, unfortunate cases people develop or are allergic to the lash adhesive.
Once this happens we can try using sensitive glue but if they still cause a reaction we will not be able to do another set. NO REFUNDS are given on any services performed.
I have a wedding, special occasion, trip coming up and I have never had lash extensions, what set should I get?
If you have never had extensions applied before and or have a special event, then we recommend booking a classic full-set 1-2 weeks before the event. Then booking a fill appointment 1-2 days before the event.
If you book a full-set right before an event and are not completely satisfied with the result then we may not have the time available to squeeze you in at the last minute for a fix.
If you book the full-set 1-2 weeks ahead of time and then a fill, it gives us the opportunity to fix or change things before your special occasion or trip. You can always change up the length, curl or density at your fill appointment.
Can I swim, shower, exercise, or visit a spa while wearing eyelash extensions?
Yes. The bonding agent we use is waterproof and allows you to shower, swim, exercise etc. Special care is required but overall maintenance is low. We do recommend however that you do not wash your eye area for at least 24 hours after the eyelash application.
If you are going to be in pool water, salt water or you’ve been sweating from your face we recommend you wash your lashes after to prevent the lashes from sticking or shedding early.
How do I take care of my new eyelash extensions?
- No mascara
- No prescription or over-the-counter eye drops in the first 24 hours. After 24 hours be cautious of placing in the eye. If solution gets on lashes please wash with lash soap.
- No oil based products around the eye area
- No water can come in contact with the eye area for 24 hours of the application
- No tinting or perming of eyelash extensions can be done 2 weeks before extension application
- No continuous pulling or rubbing of the eyelash extensions
- Use oil-free eye makeup remover
- Avoid hot steam or sauna (minimize hot yoga)
- Avoid sleeping on your stomach to avoid pressure on the extensions
- Avoid running water directly on your lashes
- Do not use a mechanical eyelash curler
- Wash lash extensions daily and brush through the lashes
